The food is fantastic and the staff is even better. I had the kung pao tofu and it was excellent. The tofu was cooked perfectly and the spice level was great. Good portions at a good price. Excellent food that doesn't sit heavy in your stomach.
My wife and I are in the process of moving to Denton because of the sense of community and the awesome small businesses. Blind Fox are fantastic representatives of the city and I look forward to supporting them in the future.

So I am a member of Harvest Hosts, which is a consortium of breweries, wineries, restaurants and attractions that offer overnight parking to RV’ers at little to no cost. Of course the expectation is to patronize the businesses and we parked behind Armadillo Ale Works in Denton, TX for the night. I went in for a flight of beers and asked about dinner and was pointed to the Blind Fox food truck. When I asked what they served and was told Asian Fusion, I asked the bartender to hang onto my flight, and went outside. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen, which was so good and so perfect for a chilly winter night. When I told them I was sitting inside the brew house, they said don’t worry we will bring it in, and they sure did ( there people eating in the beer garden outside). It was so good that I walked back over before I turned in for the night to ask for a business card. Highly recommend!

This was the best burger I have had in at least a year. Even without the kimchi, it would be one of the best burgers available in Denton.
